I recently sold our family farm…The result is always bittersweet, to let go of a piece of you and the memories of the land where your family lived is hard. Complicating this can be the emotions and desires of other family members. 

Zach Davis helped me make this transition. His integrity and sensitivity to all the emotions involved for me personally and for the family was exemplary.

I engaged Zach after several years of working with other realtors in an to attempt to sell a large remodeled Victorian home on 50 acres that had undergone an extensive 5 year remodel project.  Zach took the time to understand all of the effort and cost that had gone into bringing the home back to its original grandeur and worked tirelessly to identify the correct niche of potential buyers.  

 

His network and connections in the region ensured that the property was well represented and I ended up with multiple competing bids in the end. 

Working with Zach was amazing. He stuck with us for almost a year as we searched for the perfect house. Even after we found the house we had multiple hiccups on the sellers end that Zach was able to navigate us as well as the seller (who was unrepresented) through. If Zach wasn’t able to meet us for a showing (which only happened twice in the span of almost a year) we were able to meet with another Kirkpatrick agents and never had to delay. Truly could not have done this without him and his immense knowledge of Kentucky real estate, the Lexington market, and architecture and construction. On top of all this he is truly just a wonderful person to work with and we are forever thankful.

Working with Zach and his team was such a wonderful experience! They were so professional and efficient in marketing, listing and following through to closing. Without Zach’s attention to detail in selling the history of the property, I do not believe that we would have sold so quickly or within our price range.
